Privexa currently ships within Canada.

Each device is inspected, configured, tested, and prepared before shipping. Because every device is professionally prepared before it leaves us, processing time may vary depending on device availability and setup requirements.

Processing Time

Estimated processing time is 1–3 business days before shipping, unless otherwise stated on the product page or communicated to the customer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on the customer’s location and the shipping carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where applicable.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Privexa is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment is delayed or appears to be lost, contact Privexa and we will help review the situation with the shipping carrier.

Device Preparation

Privexa secure smartphones are configured before shipping. This includes device inspection, cleaning, testing, GrapheneOS installation, basic privacy configuration, and preparation for the customer.
