Shipping

Privexa currently ships within Canada.

Each device is inspected, configured, tested, and prepared before shipping. Because every device is professionally prepared before it leaves us, processing time may vary depending on availability and setup requirements.

Estimated processing time:

1–3 business days before shipping, unless otherwise stated.

Estimated delivery time:

Delivery times depend on the customer’s location and the shipping carrier.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout where applicable.

Returns

Because Privexa secure devices are professionally configured electronics, returns are handled carefully.

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the device is unused, undamaged, reset, and returned with all included accessories and packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

The device must be in the same condition it was received.
The device must not be damaged.
The device must not be locked, modified, or tampered with.
All included accessories must be returned.
The customer must contact Privexa before sending the device back.

Devices that show signs of damage, misuse, water exposure, unauthorized repair, tampering, or missing components may not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once the returned device is received and inspected, Privexa will notify the customer whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable.

Defective or incorrect items

If your device arrives defective or you receive the wrong item, contact Privexa as soon as possible with your order number and photos or details of the issue.

We will review the situation and work with you to resolve it.
