Is the device ready to use?

Yes. Your Privexa Secure Smartphone arrives professionally configured, tested, and ready for daily use. You do not need to install GrapheneOS yourself or go through a complicated setup process.

What operating system does the phone use?

Privexa secure smartphones are powered by GrapheneOS, a privacy and security-focused operating system designed for compatible Google Pixel devices.

Do I need to be technical to use it?

No. Privexa is made for people who want stronger privacy without needing to be developers, cybersecurity experts, or advanced Android users. The device is prepared before shipping so you can start using it normally.

Can I still install apps?

Yes. You can still install apps and use the device normally. The difference is that you have more control over what you install, what permissions you allow, and how your apps interact with your device.

Does the phone come with Google services?

GrapheneOS does not rely on Google services in the same way as a standard Android phone. Some users may choose to use certain apps or services depending on their needs, but the device is designed to give you more control over that decision.

What privacy apps can be included?

Optional privacy-focused app setup can include tools for secure messaging, encrypted email, private browsing, VPN use, password management, and two-factor authentication.

What condition are the devices in?

Our current devices are sold in excellent refurbished condition unless stated otherwise. Each device is inspected for screen quality, battery performance, cameras, speakers, buttons, charging port, and general functionality before shipping.

Why do you use Google Pixel hardware?

Google Pixel devices are commonly used for GrapheneOS because of their strong compatibility and security support. Privexa uses Pixel hardware as the device platform, but the phone is professionally configured with GrapheneOS.

Is this phone only for people with something to hide?

No. Privacy is not about hiding something wrong. Privacy is about protecting normal personal information: conversations, location, contacts, financial apps, work files, family photos, and private habits.

Everyone deserves privacy.

Can I use this as my main phone?

Yes. Many customers can use a Privexa Secure Smartphone as their main daily device. However, app compatibility can vary depending on the apps you personally rely on, especially certain banking, payment, or corporate apps.

Is Privexa affiliated with Google, Pixel, or GrapheneOS?

No. Privexa is not affiliated with Google, Pixel, or GrapheneOS. Google Pixel is used as the hardware platform because of its compatibility with GrapheneOS.
